As a young adult, you may only just be beginning to figure out your sexuality. Sexuality is about more than your sexual orientation or preference; it is about the realisation and development of your sexual feelings. You may have sexual feelings for people of the opposite sex, the same sex, or both, and your feelings may change over time. You may find it difficult to think about your sexuality, and perhaps even more difficult to talk to others about this. If you would like to talk to someone, there might be a youth worker in your hospital that you could talk to, or you could speak to a member of the TYA Team.
