Coming to the end of treatment can trigger a lot of different feelings – some positive, but also some negative ones. Fear that the cancer will come back again is a common worry to have. However, it can stop some people living their life in a way they would want to.
There may be a lot of changes happening in your life that can be hard to deal with and feel very stressful. Keeping things to yourself can sometimes make it feel even worse so it may help to talk to someone about what you are going through.
You may find that you have trouble concentrating or are easily distracted, you may have trouble sleeping or are more irritable than usual. You may also find that you experience physical effects such as a bad stomach, or panic attacks.
